The Extension is an independent, third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Embassy or Consulates, or the Appointment Information Service (ais.usvisa-info.com) or its operator, CGI Federal. All references to these entities are for descriptive purposes only.
The Extension automates appointment monitoring and, optionally, booking on the AIS website using your existing, actively logged-in browser session. It does not access your AIS account credentials. It acts solely on your behalf, within your own browser session, in the same way you would manually — it clicks buttons, reads dates, and submits forms that are already visible to you.
What this Extension does is simple: it checks the AIS appointment page on your behalf at a set interval — the same thing you would do by manually refreshing the page and looking for an earlier date. It works entirely within your own logged-in browser session, uses no special access, bypasses no security, and performs only the same actions you could do yourself. It is designed to save you time, not to abuse the system.
That said, AIS is a third-party platform outside the developer's control. While this Extension acts on your behalf as a convenience tool, the AIS Terms of Service govern what is and is not permitted on their platform. By using the Extension, you accept full responsibility for ensuring your use complies with ais.usvisa-info.com's Terms of Service.
The developer is not responsible for any account suspension, restriction, or other action taken by AIS as a result of your use of the Extension. If your account is affected, you bear sole responsibility.
The Extension is provided as a convenience tool. The developer makes no guarantee that:

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
